What are the limits of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee?

The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee begins at 12:01 a.m. CST the day after your delivery date. To return your vehicle, you must notify Wiley's Automotive before 8:00 p.m. CST on the 7th day.

A vehicle is NOT eligible for return or exchange if it has been:

• In an accident or damaged
• Altered from the condition it was sold in
• Made subject to a lien or encumbrance (except for one created during purchase)

In this case, shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Transport Guarantee

Wiley's Automotive accepts all liability if the vehicle is damaged during transport or delivery to the buyer.

The buyer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund within three (3) days if the vehicle is damaged while being delivered.
